2. Use of cookies

(1) We use cookies on our websites. Cookies are small text files that are assigned to the browser you are using and stored on your hard drive by means of a characteristic character string and through which certain information flows to the location that sets the cookie.   • Advertising cookies, targeting cookies: These are used to offer the website user customised advertising on the website or offers from third parties and to measure the effectiveness of these offers; advertising and targeting cookies are stored for a maximum of 13 months;
  • Sharing cookies: These are used to improve the interactivity of our website with other services (e.. social networks); sharing cookies are stored for a maximum of 13 months.

(4) Any use of cookies that is not absolutely technically necessary constitutes data processing that is only permitted with your express and active consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR. This applies in particular to the use of advertising, targeting or sharing cookies. In addition, we only pass on your personal data processed by cookies to third parties if you have given your express consent to this in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. a GDPR.

2.1 Server log files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

  • Browser type and browser version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL
  • Host name of the accessing computer
  • Time of the server request
  • IP address

This data is not merged with other data sources.

This data is collected on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimisation of its website – the server log files must be recorded for this purpose.

2.2 Contact form

If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact details you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR if your enquiry is related to the fulfilment of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of the enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR) if this has been requested.

We will retain the data you provide on the contact form until you request its deletion, revoke your consent for its storage, or the purpose for its storage no longer pertains (e.g. after fulfilling your request to ). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.

2.3 Enquiry by e-mail, telephone or fax

If you contact us by e-mail, telephone or fax, your enquiry including all personal data (name, enquiry) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of processing your request. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR if your enquiry is related to the fulfilment of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. 3. Google Web Fonts

This site uses so-called web fonts provided by Google for the standardised display of fonts. The Google fonts are installed locally. There is no connection to Google servers.

3.1 Google reCAPTCHA

We use “Google reCAPTCHA” (hereinafter referred to as “reCAPTCHA”) on this website. The provider is Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

The purpose of reCAPTCHA is to check whether data is entered on this website (e.g. in a contact form) by a human or by an automated programme. For this purpose, reCAPTCHA analyses the behaviour of the website visitor based on various characteristics. This analysis begins automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. For the analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (e.g. IP address, time spent on the website by the website visitor or mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during the analysis is forwarded to Google.

The reCAPTCHA analyses run completely in the background. Website visitors are not informed that an analysis is taking place.

The data is stored and analysed on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in protecting its website from abusive automated spying and SPAM. If a corresponding consent has been requested, the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR; the consent can be revoked at any time.

By subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to us using your email address to send you the newsletter. The processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR on the basis of your voluntarily given consent. Your data will be used exclusively for this purpose and will not be passed on to third parties.

You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by using the unsubscribe link in the newsletter or by contacting us at info@tempor-expo.de. After you unsubscribe, your data will be deleted immediately, provided there are no statutory retention obligations.
